The OSSD is the official high school diploma awarded in the province of Ontario, Canada. It is widely recognized by universities in Canada and many other countries.

Is an OSSD a recognized diploma?

Yes. Diplomas are issued only by inspected Ontario schools, such as our partner school, Virtual High School (VHS), with 20+ years of online education leadership. Universities in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and many other countries accept an OSSD diploma.

Can my child earn an OSSD while living in Türkiye?

Yes, in certain cases. Some Ontario-regulated programs allow students to study from outside Canada.
However, this option is not suitable for every student, which is why an academic assessment is important before starting.
